HOME DRAINS: Initial Treatment: Use 1 tablespoon in one quart of luke warm water in each drain for 5 consecutive days. Add to system during longest period of non-use. If a drain remains sluggish, extend treatment a few more days before going to the maintenance schedule. Floor drains, washing machine drains, and toilets: Use 2 tablespoons in 2 quarts of luke warm water Totally blocked pipe: Get the drain to take water using plunger or cable. Use 1 tablespoon in one quart of luke warm water every day until blockage is gone. Use a plunger daily.
HOME DRAINS: PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT: Once a month Use 1 tablespoon in one quart of luke warm water in each drain.  ODOR CONTROL- URINE, FECES, STAINS, VOMIT, DRIED BLOOD, CARPETS, MATTRESSES, COLOR SAFE FABRICS, etc. Use 2 tablespoons in 1 quart of luke warm water.  For convenience, it can be applied directly to the source of the odor and stain. It always works faster when you first saturate the site with warm water.
CAT BOXES: Sprinkle 1/8” of THE BEAST in bottom of pan. Add litter. Sprinkle another 1/8 on top of litter.

SEPTIC TANKS, CESSPOOLS & DRAIN FIELDS: Initial Treatment: Use 12 oz.( 3/4 lb) per 1000 gallons of capacity repeating every other week until the system is operating properly. Mix with several gallons of water and introduce into the toilet furthest from the Septic.
SEPTIC TANKS, CESSPOOLS & DRAIN FIELDS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 3 oz. per month, per 1000 gallon capacity. mix with water and flush through toilet. Cesspools double the amount of Bio-Gator.
GREASE TRAPS & GREASE INTERCEPTORS; Initial Treatment: Use 2 oz. per 20 gallons of capacity. For larger traps, increase dosage proportionately. Wash down the drain with several quarts of water. For greater efficiency, clean the trap before adding this treatment, if it is heavily laden with grease. Do not use where strong caustics are present.
GREASE TRAPS & GREASE INTERCEPTORS; PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 1 tablespoon per week.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNITS & DRAINPIPES: Use 1 tablespoon in one quart of luke warm water. Add to system during longest period of non-use. Repeat treatment daily until system is functioning properly.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNITS & DRAINPIPES PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 1 tablespoon per week.
IMHOFF TANKS: Initial Treatment: Use 1 lb. per 7000 gallons (1000 cubic feet of sewage) and add at the inlet of each tank. Treatment should be added every two weeks until the system is functioning properly. Mix with several gallons of water before adding to the system.
IMHOFF TANKS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE:  Use 4 oz. per 7000 gallons (1000 cubic feet of sewage) each month.
MUNICIPAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS & TRICKLING FILTERS: Initial Treatment: Use 3 lbs. per million gallons of daily flow. This dosage should be applied at the primary settling tank or to the syphon tank. Repeat this full treatment in several days if necessary.
MUNICIPAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS & TRICKLING FILTERS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 1½ lbs. weekly to maintain proper operation of system. This will help to reduce the Psychoda Larvae and Filter Fly accumulations.
ANAEROBIC SLUDGE DIGESTORS: Initial Treatment: Use 1 lb. per 7000 gallons (approx. 1000 cubic feet of sewage) of capacity in the digestor once each week for 4 weeks. Treatment should be applied through the sludge pump. For a very badly overloaded system where there is a heavy scum formulation, the initial treatment should be doubled and should be made for an additional four weeks.
ANAEROBIC SLUDGE DIGESTORS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 1 lb. per 7000 gallons (approx. 1000 cubic feet of sewage) in the digestor each month.
SLUDGE LAGOONS: Initial Treatment: Use 3 lbs. each week for smaller lagoons and proportionately more for larger ones.
SLUDGE LAGOONS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Use 1½  lbs per week for small lagoons and more for larger ones. Add directly to lagoon surface, or add to sludge pump wet well several days before transfer to lagoon.
