At Peoples Supplies, our shipping cost is your shipping cost.
Unlike other companies, we do not use our shipping costs as a profit center, intentionally inflating prices
to make some extra money. Our shipping prices are set at the absolute minimum amount it takes to ship from
our warehouses to your door. Not a penny more – we guarantee
it!
Elsewhere, you might have noticed
offers of free shipping, however, since the shipping industry can’t and won’t ship for free, the product prices
that you are given have been inflated in order to cover these so called “free” shipping costs. At Peoples
Supplies, we don’t inflate any of our prices, and we don’t pad our shipping costs. Each price you see on our
website is the lowest it can possibly be, and our shipping prices are the cheapest available for safe and
efficient transportation.

Note:
All orders shipped UPS are waived from a required signature unless
otherwise instructed via comments on your order, or by email or phone.
Actual charges for shipping are automatically calculated and added
to your order. Our standard shipping method is by FedEx Ground Service. You have the option to choose other
shipping methods.
Handling
Fees
At PeoplesSupplies.com we do not charge a standard handling or
processing fee. Items that are oversized or bulky or above a certain weight, would be shipped common
carrier/LTL freight.
Hazardous
Material
UPS and Federal Express classifies some items as hazardous (for
example, bleach or corrosive identified items). Therefore, these items would be subject to additional
handling fees via UPS with no guarantee of safe delivery. Therefore, PeoplesSupplies.com does NOT ship
Hazardous Material via UPS. All Hazardous Material products will be shipped with a Common
Carrier/LTL.
Common Carrier/LTL
Shipping
Orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground due to their
weight, size and/or if considered hazardous material, will be shipped via Common
Carrier/LTL.
Orders shipped via LTL to a residential address are strictly
delivered to your curbside. The trucking company will typically charge additional service fees for any type
of delivery other than curbside delivery. (Examples of this would include a need for a lift gate for a
successful delivery.) Peoples Supplies not include a delivery service other than curbside. Customers will be
responsible for any additional charges for extra services. Customers are also responsible for additional
charges due to missed delivery appointments or redeliveries.
Shipping Time and
Transit
In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most
reliable service, we proudly ship via UPS. Processing and shipping your order fast is our priority. While
most orders do ship the same day, depending on when your order was received, some will be shipped on the
following business day. All orders except for large or bulky items, hazardous material products, or a special
large-volume orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping then takes between 1-7 business days. We do not ship
orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Bulky items, hazardous materials and other items or orders that do
not qualify to ship via UPS ship generally via LTL. See Common Carrier/LTL Shipping above.

Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO
addresses.
RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on used items. Items that can be
returned must be unopened products purchased at PeoplesSupplies.com and must be returned within 10 days of
your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise authorization number from our customer
support department. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact customer
service before returning an item to us. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping
costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items. Product returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for
shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same
form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to
ship the product back to PeoplesSupplies.com shall be that of the customers. We will issue you a ship to
location and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS NUMBER BEFORE
SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT. The goods associated with this RMA number must be postmarked within 7 days of
the numbers issuance. Make sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the shipping label of your package. Please
do not write your number directly on your box - only on the shipping label. We are not responsible for items
that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that
allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery. Once an item has been received at our
warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days to process the receipt of the item. Once processed, it may take
up to 5 business days to initiate a credit to your account. Once a credit has been initiated by Peoples
Supplies, it can then take your credit card company up to 5 business days to apply the credit to your
account. You can check on the status of your return at any time by contacting Customer
Service.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to
process orders quickly, is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. Please contact
Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and further shipping instructions. Please note
you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.
